Preventive Maintenance

Protect your investment by entrusting our experienced service team to handle your required periodic maintenance. Like a car, a well-maintained compressor will last years and years. Wayne-Vaughn offers maintenance contracts which handle your core recommended parts. Additional contract opportunities includes technical training for your own maintenance staff, 24-hour backup from our service technicians, evaluation and reporting.

With our Preventative Maintenance Contracts, we assume 100% of the maintenance responsibility and oversee the performance of your compressor as if we owned it.

Parkview Memorial Hospital Case study


A case in point would be our recent upgrade made to Parkview Memorial Hospital. “A survey of air usage on both the ‘control air’ and ‘medical air’ needed to be measured” according to Rich Trzynka, a Parkview Technician. With our survey in mind, Wayne-Vaughn performed a plant air audit to measure interest points of their compressed air system. Measurements in their system included minimum and maximum air usage over a set period of time, horsepower usage,

time of day air fluctuations, and plant leak loss on both sides of the air system. After the audit was complete Wayne-Vaughn Equipment informed Parkview that a Variable Speed compressor was the best decision due to the ups and downs in their air demand. Two variable speed machines would also provide considerable energy savings over the lifetime of the compressors. With two new Sullair 50HP air compressors in place and the associated desiccant dryers and filtration equipment, Parkview now enjoys their around the clock duty dependable system. The new quiet dba rating the Sullair enclosure added was a bonus!
